In 2014, a workshop on psychological support in time of disaster was held at the 68th Tohoku PsychologyConference in Akita City, almost 5 years after the outbreak of the Great East Japan Earthquake. Speakers were, aclinical psychologist of welfare institution, a school counselor and a person in charge of refugee service of Akitaprefecture. The assessment of each client and affected area, individuality of psychological support, non-intrusivesupport, utilization of usual psychological support skills and collaboration among multi-professionals and nonprofessionalswere considered important for assistance in time of great disaster.

In 2005, the board of education of AkitaPrefecture, who concerned over the increasingnumber of schoolchildren with problems such asschool refusal and withdrawal in their district,decided to set up a learning support systemand open a free-school in the name of "Space Io",which was sanctioned as a special educationalzone and was set in Akita prefectural Meitokukanhigh school, following one-year preliminary.10 years elapse since then, this paper reports theprogress of "Space Io", looking back their originalideas, organizational framework and the roles,which eventually turned out satisfactory outcomes,including the fact that 80% children enlisted wereable to proceed to the next stage of education. Fromthe view point of clinical psychologists, significanceof Space Io's role as a psychological support forthose children is stressed.

In 2005, the board of education of Akita Prefecture, who concerned over the increasing number of schoolchildren with problems such as school refusal and withdrawal in their district, decided to set up a support system and open a free-school in the name of “Space IO”, which was sanctioned as a special educational zone and was set in Akita prefectural Meitoku-kan high school. This paper reports the progress and the result of one-year preliminary, which was conducted in Akita-Higashi prefectural high school, aiming at constructing any effective learning support system for those children. Some issues to solve are then discussed.

風景構成法(LMT)と自己評価式抑うつ性尺度(SDS)および文章完成法テスト(SCT)との関連 : LMTにおける構成の型と色彩の程度・種類に着目した自殺のリスク評価

自殺のリスク評価の視点から、風景構成法（LMT）と、2つの心理検査との関連を検討した。研究1では、LMTの「構成の型」「色彩の程度および種類」と、自己評価式抑うつ性尺度（SDS）の総得点および第19項目（SDS_Q19）の希死念慮頻度得点との関連を検討した。研究2では、LMTの「構成の型」「色彩の程度および種類」と、精研式文章完成法テスト（SCT）の刺激語「自殺」および「死」への記述内容との関連を検討した。その結果、研究1では、LMTのアイテム「石」の彩色に「灰色」を用いた者が、「黒色」を使用した者や彩色しなかった者よりもSDS_Q19で高い希死念慮頻度を示した。単色で60％以上という高い出現率を占める「灰色」の選択には、希死念慮頻度の高い者と低い者の双方が含まれていたと推察され、結果の解釈には慎重を要すると考えられた。研究2では、LMTとSCTの2つの刺激語との間に有意な関連は見出されなかった。2つの研究を通じ、今後に向けて主に次のような課題が提出された。先行研究同様、本研究においてもLMTのアイテム彩色が自殺のリスク評価に関与することが示唆されたが、詳細な分析のためには、臨床群データだけでなく健常者データの蓄積が急務と考えられた。また、SCTに関しては、臨床実践に応用できる形で、なおかつ統計上も有用な群分けができる分類法をさらに工夫する必要があると考えられた。Suicide risk assessment was investigated. In Study 1, the relationship between the Landscape Montage Technique (LMT) and the Self-Rating Depression Scale (SDS) was examined. Effect of three LMT items, composition type, drawing style (especially color usage) and hue on the total score and suicidal ideation score indicated by Question 19 of the SDS were examined. Results indicated that participants who chose "gray" as the color of the stone in the LMT had a higher frequency of suicidal ideations, as indicated by Question 19 of the SDS, compared to those who chose "black," or did not use a color. However, more than 60% of participants who chose gray had both a higher and a lower frequency of suicidal ideations. Therefore, these results should be interpreted cautiously. In Study 2, the relationship between the LMT and the Seikenshiki Sentence Completion Test (SCT) was investigated. SCT assesses how respondents describe the words "suicide" and "death." Results indicated no significant relationship between the LMT and words describing suicide and death on the SCT. Similar to previous studies, this study also showed a significant relationship between LMT and suicide risk assessment. However, more data from clinical and the normal groups are required to conclusively demonstrate the validity of the LMT. Moreover, it is suggested that statistical methods be developed for conducting practical, clinical assessments using the SCT. Implications for future research and clinical practice are discussed.

学校心理臨床において，担任や養護教諭などの身近な教師に来談を知らせずに，保護者が直接スクールカウンセラーのもとを訪れることがある. このような来談経路をたどる保護者は,学校や教師について事実に基づかない否定的な思い込みを持っていることがある．本論では，筆者のスクールカウンセリングにおいて経験した３つの事例について，それぞれの共通点相違点について取り上げながら，身近な教師を経由しない保護者相談の特徴とその対応について検討した．中学校に入学して間もない子どもを持つ保護者世代の生活背景，そこに存在する「保護者の中ｌギャップ」，保護者一学校間のコミュニケーションの空白と否定的推測との関連，そして保護者の援助モデルについてのアセスメントという視点から，スクールカウンセラーのマネジメント機能について考察した．学校に環境調整を求める相談内容を抱えながら身近な教師を回避する保護者の相談については，来談経路と保護者一学校間の関係についてアセスメントすることが重要であった．孤立しがちで不安な生活背景を配慮しつつ，健康な成長が想定される保護者に対しては，スクールカウンセラーのマネジメント機能として，ダイレクトに保護者一学校をつなげることで否定的推測を低減し，関係の正常化を図ることができると考えられた.
In school settings，some parents of students directly consult a school counselor without communication with teachers. They sometimes have unfounded and negative perception about teachers and schools. The purpose of this article is to examine their characteristics and care for them with reviewing three cases the author experienced. The management function of school counseling for parents was discussed from some view points；backgrounds of parents' generation，the gap they felt between elementary school and junior high school，relation between negative speculation and lack of communication and the assessment of support model for them. It's important for school counselors to assess the route to consultation and the parents-teacher relationship for parents who avoid teachers while having demands for an environmental coordination in the school. In addition，they can reduce negative speculation of parents who are likely to grow up mentally and normalize relationship between parents and teachers with connecting them directly． -
