    これまで学習指導要領改訂のたびに音楽科の学習内容等について課題をつきつけられ、時に時間数削減などの処置がなされてきた。現在では音楽科でどのような「学力」が培えるのかという疑問が呈されているが、この質問を受けることが妥当ではない教育活動や学校行事などは他にもあろう。そこで本論では、「学力」ではなく、どのような「文化」を形成し、広く国民に受け入れられているのかについて実証的に証明した。
