The purpose of this paper is to develop a framework for teacher's "Knowing Do Math" and to clarify the effectiveness of the developed framework by verifying it from a case study of two teachers.
Based on Ernest(2015) " Knowing Do Math" has been organized into " Absolute and Fixed Views and Thinking way" and "Fallible and Variable Views and Thinking way".The framework was developed on the assumption that the two “Views and Thinking way" are characteristically expressed in the "Situation of planning a lesson" and "Situation of practicing lesson.
Next, using the factors developed based on the framework, we conducted a questionnaire of two teachers, as a case study ,an elementary school teacher and a junior high school mathematics teacher, and analyzed the lesson practice to verify the framework.
As a result, it was found that there is a tendency for "Fallible and Variable Views and Thinking way" at the Situation of planning a lesson, but "Absolute and Fixed Views and Thinking way" at the Situation of practicing lesson. And this factor was effective in capturing the characteristics of teachers. In addition, the teacher transforming into a “Fallible and Variable Views and Thinking way" was seen.
Teachers accept "Unexpected" when they see the meaning of "enjoying with learners" in the criteria of "knowing to do math".On the other hand, if the teacher has a view that means "does not reach the student's point of view", he will not accept "Unexpected". -

In order to identify the lessons that promote to make students consider in developing way,we clarify the identifiable standards about one of criteria in terms of lesson evaluation rubrics of 'Knowing Teacher's Support'.Teacher's support was organized into three levels, focusing on cognitive elements and metacognitive elements. As a result of analyzing the case of 'Formula and Calculation' in the fourth grade of elementary school,we were able to interpret the criteria as follows.A.Teacher appropriately judge the situation of problem solving and provide support with upward and downward adjustment.B.Teacher's support capabilities can be organized into three levels. And the standard "Cognitive support is available" means that cognitive support and metacognitive support are provided, but the support is modified,"Metacognitive support is provided" means that the situation of problem solving is grasped and that proper support can be obtained by adjusting upward and downward.
