  • 去勢抵抗性前立腺癌進展における加齢および腸内細菌の骨免疫微小環境への影響

    研究期間:  2023年08月  -  2025年03月  代表者:  佐藤 博美


    本研究では、「高齢・去勢環境下において食事が腸内細菌叢異常を介して前立腺癌骨転移巣免疫微小環境を変化させ骨転移を増悪させる」と仮説を立て、加齢、食事、腸内細菌、骨免疫微小環境のクロストークから去勢抵抗性前立腺癌骨転移進展の分子生物学的機序解明に迫る。また、腸内細菌叢変化による骨免疫微小環境誘導を証明することで、食事・プロバイオティクスや関連分子阻害による前立腺癌骨転移に対する新規予防・治療の提案につなげる。
